He is a Transportation and Infrastructure Specialist with thirty-two years experience in multimodal transportation planning and program management of Public Infrastructure projects. His experience includes the development of multimodal transportation alternatives, and preliminary design projects including ports, rail facilities, airports and related infrastructure. He has additional expertise in leading multidiscipline consulting teams for large program developments requiring various levels of project coordination and client interface.

Mr. Fusch is registered professional engineer with North American Port Infrastructure LLC with over 20 years of private sector of experience in management, construction, business development, and consultancy associated with planning, design, operations and modernization of ports, industrial facilities, and transportation facilities. He has experience in engineering, construction, and management in positions of increasing responsibility, authority, and technical complexity. Assignments have included projects throughout the USA and various international locations.

She is a Project Engineer with more than nine years experience with planning and engineering for port and harbor developments for major public and private clients with an emphasis on large-scale waterfront navigation and harbor studies, terminal developments for LNG, container terminals and shoreline restorations efforts. Her areas of expertise include alternative analyses, design studies, erosion studies, final design, preparation of plans and specifications, cost estimating, construction administration, and monitoring surveys.

She is a Environmental Management Specialist with more than twenty-five years experience with planning and multi-disciplined permitting efforts for major public and private clients including project management of many large-scale waterfront, transportation, utility and Brownfield redevelopment projects. Her areas of expertise include land use, socioeconomics, fiscal impact and coastal zone management policy.

He is a Public Private Partnerships (“PPP”) infrastructure finance expert in the emerging U.S. market specializing in surface transportation sector and infrastructure. He has over 25 years of project finance banking experience as a senior banker in PPP groups. His expertise includes advising public sector clients and institutional investors on U.S. infrastructure investments.
